Challenge: Create a campaign that communicated Almay’s natural beauty POV with a focus on American beauty.

Solution:  Created the 2015 “Simply American” Campaign in partnership with the USO.

#SimplyAmerican shares for donations to the women of the USO and drive foot traffic to the “2015 Simply American Bus Tour”.


 

ALMAY “SIMPLY AMERICAN”

Almay celebrated the spirit of the natural american beauty by celebrating the woman of the USO. As part of the campaign, Almay embarked on the “2015 Simply American Bus Tour” thought the summer in different cities across the country.

THE SIMPLY AMERICAN HUB

In partnership with RebelMouse, we created a destination where users were able to follow the bus tour, track shares and donations of the campaign and learn more about the partnership with the USO.

MEDIA

In order to create awareness of the campaign, we designed and developed banners and worked with Verve media to geo-targeted audiences in the path of our Bus tour.

KICK-OFF VIDEO

We created a kick-off video for social and pre-roll use to create awareness of the #SimplyAmerican campaign.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA ACTIVATIONS

Besides overseeing the creative for all content of 2014 – 2015 of Almay, we created specific posts that activated the #SimplyAmerican campaign. Additionally, we amplified the campaign with the use of influencers.

Later, as the bus tour kicked off, we worked with SheKnows creating a piece to showcase the activities.
